We are proud to present this year's benefit auction for the Cocalico Education Foundation via our Online Bidding Platform! 100% of the proceeds go directly to CEF... Please help us, help this great organization and cause!
Bidding opens Wed., Nov. 4 and the auction will begin to close at 5:00pm on Wed., Nov. 18th. Bids may be placed at anytime during those dates, but don't forget to log in during the closing to place any last minute bids!
All items MUST be picked up during the specified pickup time (Fri., Nov. 20th from 3-7pm at The Bear Mill Estate, 50 Weaver Rd, Denver).

Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, any/all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bidders are approved for online bidding, upon registration, based on the information provided by HiBid as well as a buyer’s previous record. The auction company has the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders.
2. All items are sold “As-Is”. All information contained in descriptions is believed to be accurate; however, no information provided is guaranteed. The auction company, or staff, shall not be liable for any items listed/sold. CEF has provided the catalog & pictures for the auction company to solely post on its platform for online bidding.
3. Bidder’s acknowledge there is a 3% Buyers Premium which will be added to all winning bids, and will be payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost.
4. All payments WILL be collected via the credit card on file with HiBid (The credit card used for bidder registration). Payments will be collected the day after the auction's ending.
5. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once sold.
6. All items MUST be picked up during the specified pickup time (Fri., Nov. 20th from 3-7pm at The Bear Mill Estate, 50 Weaver Rd, Denver). Failure to remove items during the specified times may result in forfeiture of item(s), at CEF discretion. The buyer WILL STILL be charged for the full amount!
7. PLEASE NOTE: Many Gift Cards and Certificates have Expiration Dates that will be Extended or Waived because of COVID-19. Please Contact the Business Directly if you have any Questions.
